Not that we're complaining. Oh no. Not us. Sure, there's the one CGI-enhanced sequence involving our plummeting heroes and an exploding helicopter, but the rest is pure gold.
There's also more story this time, not that story is uber important with a movie like this. We've got explosions, gunfire, a hot chick in black lingerie riding a motorcycle, and The Bruce making funny. Bring on Feb. 14!
And I gotta admit, the line "Me and my boy are gonna put a whuppin' on you" makes me proud to be the father of a son.
John McClane (Bruce Willis) travels to Russia to help out his seemingly wayward son, Jack, only to discover that Jack is a CIA operative working to prevent a nuclear-weapons heist, causing the father and son to team up against underworld forces. Jai Courtney, most recently seen as one of the baddies in Jack Reacher, plays . . . well . . . Jack.
Thanks to EW.com for the trailer.
